General Aviation Aircraft - Private or Chartered
Arriving and/or Departing Internationally at KMSP & KSTP
WHAT DO THEY NEED TO DO and WHY:
Pursuant to 19 CFR, Part 122, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) provides international clearance at KMSP Minneapolis and KSTP St. Paul - Holman Field. It is the responsibility of the aircraft pilot to submit a notice of advanced arrival (landing rights request) to CBP at the following email address: email@example.com
Landing rights requests must include the following information:
- Type of Aircraft and Registration Number
- Name of Aircraft Commander/Pilot
- Place of last foreign departure
- Location and Time (Central Standard Time) of Arrival in U.S.
- Number of Passengers and Crew
Please submit eAPIS or APIS information prior to making landing rights requests. CBP will respond in email confirming receipt of each request.
Failure to follow required CBP regulations may result in penalties, fines, and/or seizure under Title 8 and Title 19, as appropriate.
